It was the second year that I organised the event. I put in place a website for event registration, sale of exhibition booths, speaker and agenda update, app integration. I worked with the best event organiser in Belgium, who put in place event experience, state-of-the-art onsite registration and tracking, and premium crowd control mechanism and signages. For the communications aspects, there was live social media updates and live videos, as well as audience engagement, to have made the hashtag the trending hashtag that day in Belgium.
