#EurekaMoment 05: Great Content But How Do You Deliver It?

So you have a piece of great content, be it a video, report, image or article. But any piece of great content is useless if you don’t deliver it to the right audience who will appreciate this piece of content.

This begs various questions:

  • Who is my audience?
  • Where are they located?
  • Where is their conversation located?
  • Based on the location of my audience and their conversations, what form should my content take?
  • What is the most effective way I can deliver this form of content to this audience and engage them in a conversation about the content?
  • What is the environment of that location, such that I can obtain quantifiable data to have an idea of the quality of the conversation, in order to gain better insight into the audience, their appreciation of the content, so as to help me generate even better content to satisfy their needs?

The bottomline is, whatever good content you produce, you need to come up with a communications strategy to reach out to your specific audience. Do you have any additions to the list above or any thoughts regarding this topic? Feel free to comment!

Eureka Moments are not so much moments of sudden realisation or enlightenment like Archimedes. They are moments while I am in my commute when I get to reflect on things that someone mentioned to me, things that I am confronted with, things that I or others have sought a solution for. They are more ‘oh I get it’ rather than ‘I have discovered it’.
